D\u016fvod byl jednoduch\u00fd. Nejen mezi nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edmi, ale i v&nbsp;kancel\u00e1\u0159i, kde pracuji, jsem zn\u00e1m\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee miluji CINZANO a po lo\u0148sk\u00e9m l\u00e9t\u011b u\u017e i APEROL\u2026&nbsp; A tak jsem po leto\u0161n\u00ed dubnov\u00e9 narozeninov\u00e9 oslav\u011b m\u011bla najednou n\u011bkolik lahvinek. Nikdy jsem moc alkohol nepila a douf\u00e1m, \u017ee ze m\u011b necht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt v\u0161ichni alkoholi\u010dku, ale nebudu lh\u00e1t &#8211; prost\u011b m\u011b to pot\u011b\u0161ilo. Dost\u00e1v\u00e1m kone\u010dn\u011b to, co m\u00e1m moc r\u00e1da. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Otev\u0159ela jsem jednu lahvinku Cinzana a v\u0161echny pohostila p\u0159ed ob\u011bdem mal\u00fdm <strong>p\u0159edkrmem<\/strong>. Sladkou rodinou specialitkou nazvanou d\u011btmi jako \u201epusinky\u201c a kdo by snad cht\u011bl odolat, tak pro n\u011bj jsem ud\u011blala sladk\u00fd lehk\u00fd sal\u00e1t a nebo Aperol pomeran\u010d. Posledn\u00ed dva mali\u010dk\u00e9 p\u0159edkrmy by dle m\u011b m\u011bli povzbudit chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu. A proto\u017ee n\u00e1s \u010dekalo grilov\u00e1n\u00ed, skv\u011ble se k m\u00e9mu obl\u00edben\u00e9mu pit\u00ed\u010dku hodily. \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; T\u011bmito sladkosti zat\u00edm nepohrdnul ani ten nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bojovn\u00edk proti cukru. To tak n\u011bkdy b\u00fdv\u00e1\u2026 Budete se divit, ale v\u0161echny p\u0159edkrmy zmizely ze stolu stejn\u011b rychle jako m\u00e9 dva obl\u00edben\u00e9 n\u00e1poje.<\/p>\n<p>A proto\u017ee je m\u016fj blog cel\u00fd sladk\u00fd, za\u010dala jsem zji\u0161\u0165ovat, zda se v\u016fbec CINZANO A APEROL hod\u00ed do m\u00e9ho menu. A v\u00fdsledek je jasn\u00fd: ANO.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marzicake.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Cinzano-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1043 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.marzicake.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Cinzano-2-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Cinzano 2\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"><\/a>CINZANO p\u016fvodem z&nbsp;It\u00e1lie ( od dvou bratr\u016f Cinzano) se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejen s&nbsp;italsk\u00e9ho v\u00edna, cukru a alkoholu, ale tak\u00e9 z&nbsp;ko\u0159en\u00ed. Recept\u016fra nen\u00ed u n\u00e1s zn\u00e1m\u00e1, ale \u00fadajn\u011b se do n\u011bj p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 pomeran\u010dov\u00e1 k\u016fra, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, pelyn\u011bk, n\u011bkdy i vanilka (cinzano ros\u00e9) a karamel (cinzano orancio). Te\u010f je zcela jasn\u00e9, \u017ee d\u00edky CINZANU mus\u00edm menu sv\u00e9ho blogu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it i o sladk\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto n\u00e1poje \u00fadajn\u011b probouz\u00ed chu\u0165 k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu . Proto sm\u011ble do pusinek a pomeran\u010de. Ur\u010dit\u011b n\u00e1dhern\u011b podpo\u0159\u00ed chu\u0165 CINZANA, kter\u00e9 je jak skv\u011bl\u00fdm aperitivem, tak i super pit\u00ed\u010dko na cel\u00fd ve\u010der\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Na Cinzano si p\u0159ipravte n\u011bjak\u00e9 p\u011bkn\u00e9 sklenky. Nad\u00e1vno mi dali v&nbsp;kav\u00e1rn\u011b takovou p\u0159\u00ed\u0161ernou sklenici, \u017ee m\u011b na n\u011bj p\u0159e\u0161la chu\u0165. I p\u011bkn\u00e1 skleni\u010dka stoj\u00ed p\u00e1r korun, tak\u017ee myslete na to, \u017ee i o\u010di si mus\u00ed pochutnat\u2026 Okraje skleni\u010dky namo\u010dte do vody a nechte obr\u00e1cen\u00e9. Po chvilce vlo\u017ete mokr\u00fd okraj do cukru. Sklenici oto\u010dte a nalijte. Ozdobte citronem a dopl\u0148te ledem. U Aperolu je p\u0159esn\u00fd recept na etiket\u011b a to je \u00fapln\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 v\u011bc. Vyzkou\u0161ejte recept a teprve pak experimentujte. Pro\u010d neochutnat to, co je osv\u011b\u010den\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>No, m\u0148am. Pot\u00e9 posypeme v\u00e1l hladkou moukou a t\u011bsto vyv\u00e1l\u00edme na slab\u0161\u00ed placku, ze kter\u00e9 vykroj\u00edme kole\u010dka. Pe\u010deme stejn\u011b jako u v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho cukrov\u00ed. Nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt do hn\u011bda. Jen sv\u011btlou\u010dk\u00e9. Kole\u010dka vychlad\u00edme a slepujeme jahodovou marmel\u00e1dou.&nbsp; \ud83d\ude42 Nakonec vezmeme 2 b\u00edlky, kter\u00e9 u\u0161leh\u00e1me do velmi tuh\u00e9ho sn\u011bhu. P\u0159id\u00e1me 120 g hrub\u00e9ho cukru (krystal). V&nbsp;posledn\u00ed dob\u011b je opravdu probl\u00e9m tento druh cukru koupit. Chce to mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vytrvalost a trp\u011blivost ne\u017e samotn\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00ed\u2026&nbsp; Za\u0161leh\u00e1me a pak neust\u00e1le m\u00edch\u00e1pe ve vodn\u00ed l\u00e1zni. Nejprve se n\u00e1m bude zd\u00e1t, \u017ee b\u00edlek \u0159\u00eddne, ale po n\u011bjak\u00e9 chv\u00edli by n\u00e1m m\u011bl z\u016fstat na oto\u010den\u00e9 l\u017e\u00edci. Hned pln\u00edme do s\u00e1\u010dku se \u0161pi\u010dkou. ( M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i vroubky.) Na slepen\u00e1 kole\u010dka vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme mal\u00e9 sn\u011bhov\u00e9 pusinky, kter\u00e9 nech\u00e1me hodinku zaschnout a posypeme mou\u010dkov\u00fdm cukrem. Pe\u010dte tak 3 a\u017e 4 dny p\u0159ed akc\u00ed, aby se v\u0161e p\u011bkn\u011b rozle\u017eelo a zvl\u00e1\u010dn\u011blo. Je to \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 m\u0148amka, kterou neochutn\u00e1te jen jednu. Pomeran\u010de oloupeme a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kosti\u010dky. \u0158edkvi\u010dky pe\u010dliv\u011b o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na drobn\u00e9 prou\u017eky. P\u0159id\u00e1me k pomeran\u010di. Nakonec dopln\u00edme o \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fd cerel a tro\u0161ku listov\u00e9ho sal\u00e1tu. Ochut\u00edme p\u00e1r kapi\u010dkami citronu nebo limetky a malinko oslad\u00edme. Man\u017eel m\u011b po\u017e\u00e1dal o ocet, tak\u017ee trochu ost\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed varianta bude mo\u017en\u00e1 vhodn\u00e1 pro mu\u017ee&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marzicake.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Aperol-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1041 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.marzicake.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Aperol-3-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Aperol 3\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"><\/a>Pomeran\u010dov\u00fd Aperol<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomeran\u010d p\u0159ekroj\u00edme asi ve 3\/4. ( Jako bychom cht\u011bli ud\u011blat misti\u010dku s poklopem.) V nit\u0159ek se pokus\u00edme lehce l\u017ei\u010dkou vyjmout a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na men\u0161\u00ed kosti\u010dky. Zbyde n\u00e1m vydlouban\u00fd k\u016fra ve tvaru misky. Tu prosypeme krystalov\u00fdm cukrem a nech\u00e1me chvilku zaschnout. Nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd pomeran\u010d si ve vedlej\u0161\u00ed sklen\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1dob\u011b sm\u00edch\u00e1me s Aperolem dle n\u00e1vodu, nebo s Cinzanem. J\u00e1 tentokr\u00e1t pou\u017eila Aperol&nbsp;\ud83d\ude42 M\u016f\u017eete dle chuti \u0159idat h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, med, limetku i vanilku. Nakonec napln\u00edme do misek z pomeran\u010dov\u00e9 k\u016fry. N\u00e1pl\u0148 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt hust\u0161\u00ed. \u00dapln\u011b jsem na to dostala chu\u0165, tak\u017ee si to dnes ud\u011bl\u00e1m jen pro sebe&#8230;.
