Nemus\u00ed j\u00edt ale jen o pe\u010den\u00ed sladkost\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 o r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy pe\u010diva a slan\u00fdch dobrot. \u017deny i mu\u017ei v\u0161ech v\u011bkov\u00fdch kategori\u00ed. V\u0161edn\u00ed den, nebo v\u00edkend? Je to jedno. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b jsou snad mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00edce, ne\u017e kdy jindy, zahlcen\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi fotografiemi a videi z dom\u00e1c\u00edho pe\u010den\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 druh\u00e1 \u017eena prezentuje, \u017ee by si r\u00e1da otev\u0159ela cukr\u00e1rnu, pek\u00e1rnu, nebo kav\u00e1rnu. A p\u0159esn\u011b to hraje do karet tv\u016frc\u016fm r\u016fzn\u00fdch po\u0159ad\u016f ohledn\u011b va\u0159en\u00ed a pe\u010den\u00ed. Proto nikoho nep\u0159ekvapilo, naopak v\u0161ichni se z\u00e1jmem v\u00edtaj\u00ed, \u017ee druh\u00fd d\u00edl peka\u0159sk\u00e9 televizn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee, se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u0159ipravovat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u0159ed t\u0159emi t\u00fddny jsem za\u010dala od n\u011bkter\u00fdch z v\u00e1s, dost\u00e1vat p\u0159es zpr\u00e1vy r\u016fzn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se cukra\u0159iny, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Co je peka\u0159sk\u00fd a co cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdrobek?<\/li><li>Je kobliha peka\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdrobek?<\/li><li>Mysl\u00edte, \u017ee se budu na castingu po\u0159adu Pe\u010de cel\u00e1 zem\u011b chytat s v\u00e1no\u010dkou, kdy\u017e je l\u00e9to?<\/li><li>Co, kdy\u017e to za m\u011b upe\u010de mamka? Jde mi jen o to, j\u00edt do t\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee&#8230; Nebo, nechcete to za m\u011b up\u00e9ct vy?<\/li><li>Mohla bych na casting pou\u017e\u00edt recept z va\u0161\u00ed knihy? A dal\u0161\u00ed&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e u\u017e jsem pomalu m\u011bs\u00edc v l\u00e1zn\u00edch, sna\u017eila jsem se v\u0161em odpov\u011bd\u011bt a poradit. T\u011b\u0161\u00ed m\u011b, \u017ee hled\u00e1te radu u n\u011bkoho, kdo nen\u00ed cukr\u00e1\u0159, ale stejn\u00fd laik, jako vy. Jen u\u017e jsem mo\u017en\u00e1 urazila o n\u011bco del\u0161\u00ed cestu. A\u017e na p\u00e1r kurz\u016f, jsem samouk.  Cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 rekvalifikace, kterou jsem absolvovala mo\u017en\u00e1 i ze zv\u011bdavosti, mi nep\u0159inesla v\u016fbec nic. Vlastn\u011b ano. Jen pap\u00edr a mo\u017en\u00e1 i pochopen\u00ed, pro\u010d n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed studenti po vyu\u010den\u00ed v tomto oboru nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Jedin\u00e9 kurzy, kter\u00e9 m\u011b posunuly opravdu vp\u0159ed, byly ty na cukrov\u00e9 kv\u011btiny. V\u0161echno, co vid\u00edte na Instagramu, blogu a nebo v m\u00e9 knize, je pouze dlouholet\u00e1 &#8211; mo\u017en\u00e1 i celo\u017eivotn\u00ed cesta. Je za t\u00edm vid\u011bt jen m\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce a cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdvoj &#8211; pr\u00e1ce na sob\u011b. C\u00edt\u00edm velkou pokoru p\u0159ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdmi cukr\u00e1\u0159i cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, proto\u017ee jsem st\u00e1le na za\u010d\u00e1tku a oni m\u011b velmi inspiruj\u00ed. Tak\u017ee i vy se nechte inspirovat a pracujte na sob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u0159istupujte k takov\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei, jako k n\u011b\u010demu, \u010d\u00edm se proslavit. M\u00e9dia sice \u010dlov\u011bka posunou rychle. Z\u00edsk\u00e1 se des\u00edtky tis\u00edc sleduj\u00edc\u00edch na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed, popularita a t\u00edm i r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si pak otev\u0159ete cukr\u00e1rnu, nebo budete nab\u00edzet kurzy, d\u011blat rozhovory, to\u010dit videa&#8230;ale va\u0161e cesta v\u00fdvoje v\u00e1m bude chyb\u011bt. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je na to p\u0159ipraven. Kr\u00e1sn\u011b o tom p\u00ed\u0161e Jan Voj\u00e1\u010dek ve sv\u00e9 knize Um\u011bn\u00ed b\u00fdt zdr\u00e1v. Modern\u00ed technologie a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b maj\u00ed negativn\u00ed vliv na na\u0161\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed inteligenci a odv\u00e1d\u00ed n\u00e1s od \u017eivota v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Tak\u017ee nepot\u0159ebujte lajky a necht\u011bjte b\u00fdt celebritou za ka\u017edou cenu, ale n\u011bk\u00fdm, kdo pe\u010de, proto\u017ee ho to te\u010f moment\u00e1ln\u011b t\u011b\u0161\u00ed. A proto vy, co na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed fot\u00edte zat\u00edm jen sebe nebo svou rodinu na r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech, ze v\u0161ech sv\u011btov\u00fdch stran a fotografie pe\u010den\u00ed tam n\u011bjak chyb\u00ed, doporu\u010duji zv\u00e1\u017eit \u00fa\u010dast. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed cukra\u0159inu p\u0159ipraven. A\u010d to tak nevypad\u00e1, ten obor je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd, ale tak\u00e9 hodn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee vy, kte\u0159\u00ed jste m\u011b kontaktovali a dle fotek z Instagramu je vid\u011bt, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te a bav\u00ed v\u00e1s to, m\u00e1te v\u0161ichni \u0161anci. To jsou dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Tahle sout\u011b\u017e je dle m\u00e9ho dost jin\u00e1, ne\u017e sout\u011b\u017e MasterChef \u010cesko. Tam u\u017e mus\u00edte b\u00fdt, co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 va\u0159en\u00ed, opravdu dob\u0159\u00ed a m\u00edt znalosti ohledn\u011b surovin. Tam se \u00fapln\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edk &#8211; laik nedostane.  Proto ur\u010dit\u011b na casting upe\u010dte sami a je jedno z jak\u00e9 knihy. Kdy\u017e se n\u011bkdo z v\u00e1s dostanete d\u00edky receptu z m\u00e9 knihy do v\u00fdb\u011bru pro televizn\u00ed peka\u0159skou \u0161ou, budu moc r\u00e1da. Bude to pro m\u011b odm\u011bna, \u017ee ten m\u016fj kon\u00ed\u010dek d\u011bl\u00e1m dob\u0159e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159eji v\u00e1m v\u0161em, aby jste stejn\u011b jako j\u00e1 byli p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed ve flow. Proto\u017ee pak \u017eijete p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed a bude v\u00e1s cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd kon\u00ed\u010dek uspokojovat. To nem\u00e1 nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s m\u00e9dii, ale to je jen o v\u00e1s. Postupn\u011b pak budete cht\u00edt, aby cel\u00fd \u017eivot byl jedno velk\u00e9 FLOW.
