A zn\u00e1te to. N\u011bkdy se i v krizi zada\u0159\u00ed a natref\u00edte na n\u011bkoho, kdo svou pr\u00e1ci nejen um\u00ed, ale je\u0161t\u011b se s n\u00edm dob\u0159e pov\u00edd\u00e1. A tak jsme se p\u0159es n\u00e1bytek dostali na d\u011bti, vnou\u010data, hory, j\u00eddlo a nakonec i na to m\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00ed. V\u017edy\u0165 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto jsem si svou kuchy\u0148 o trochu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila a vylep\u0161ila. A pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky tomuto \u010dlov\u011bku jsem si uv\u011bdomila, \u017ee pom\u011brn\u011b hodn\u011b zn\u00e1mou a obl\u00edbenou sladkost, jako jsou M\u00ed\u0161a \u0159ezy, u\u017e jsem roky ned\u011blala. Za\u010dala jsem listovat ve sv\u00e9m se\u0161it\u011b a na\u0161la asi 4 varianty recept\u016f. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt u\u017e hodn\u011b star\u00e9, proto\u017ee\u00a0jsou na p\u0159edn\u00edch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch se\u0161itu, kdy jsem jako holka m\u011bla je\u0161t\u011b trochu jin\u00fd styl p\u00edsma. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Tahle\u00a0sladkost mi tu prost\u011b nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt. Tak\u017ee d\u011bkuji za p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed a rad\u011bji hned k receptu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept na 7 mini dort\u00edk\u016f (nebo men\u0161\u00ed plech jako \u0159ezy):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 \u017eloutky<\/li>\n<li>70 g cukru (krystal)<\/li>\n<li>40 g rozeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 a vychladl\u00e9 Hery<\/li>\n<li>30 &#8211; 40 g kakaa (dle chuti a tmavosti korpusu)<\/li>\n<li>50 ml ml\u00e9ka<\/li>\n<li>100 g pol.mouky + 10 hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/li>\n<li>8 g pr.do pe\u010diva<\/li>\n<li>3 u\u0161lehan\u00e9 b\u00edlky<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u0161e p\u0159id\u00e1vejte postupn\u011b tak, jak je v receptu. Mouku prom\u00edchejte s pr.do pe\u010diva a b\u00edlky p\u0159idejte lehce a\u017e na konec. Na plech polo\u017ete pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr. M\u00e1te-li jako j\u00e1 r\u00e1fky na mini dort\u00edky, vyu\u017eijte je. Nem\u00e1te-li, p\u0159eneste t\u011bsto rovnom\u011brn\u011b na plech. Nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba m\u00edt korpus n\u011bjak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd. Prioritou t\u00e9to sladkosti je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tvaroh, smetana a \u010dokol\u00e1da. Korpus je jen takov\u00fd dopln\u011bk. Pe\u010dte na 170\u00b0C. Upe\u010den\u00ed zkuste op\u011bt vpichem \u0161pejle. N\u00edzk\u00fd korpus je opravdu upe\u010den\u00fd za chvilku. Po upe\u010den\u00ed nechte vychladnout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept na tvarohov\u00e9 mousse<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 plnotu\u010dn\u00e9 tvarohy (500 g)<\/li>\n<li>150 ml smetany (nejl\u00e9pe 40%)<\/li>\n<li>100 g cukru mou\u010dka<\/li>\n<li>150 g m\u00e1slo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuk ut\u0159ete s cukrem a p\u0159idejte postupn\u011b tvaroh. Smetanu vy\u0161lehejte do pevn\u00e9 hmoty a p\u0159id\u00e1vejte zlehka na z\u00e1v\u011br. Jakmile se v\u0161echny ingredience propoj\u00ed v jemnou hmotu, napl\u0148te jimi r\u00e1fky. D\u011bl\u00e1te-li \u0159ezy, tak pot\u0159ete po cel\u00e9m vychladl\u00e9m korpusu. Sna\u017ete se uhladit. Zbyde-li v\u00e1m mousse, napl\u0148te s n\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad mal\u00e9 misky. Chutn\u00e1 jak vylep\u0161en\u00fd pachol\u00edk. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g smetany (zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m zbylo v kel\u00edmku p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b tvarohov\u00e9ho mousse)<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka cukru krystal nebo krupice<\/li>\n<li>60 g 70 % \u010dokol\u00e1dy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Smetanu s cukrem p\u0159ive\u010fte do bodu varu a odstavte. Ob\u010das prom\u00edchejte a po 2 minut\u00e1ch p\u0159idejte \u010dokol\u00e1du. Prom\u00edch\u00e1vejte dokud se \u00fapln\u011b nerozpust\u00ed. Chvilku nechte vychladnout (tak 3 minutky). N\u00e1sledn\u011b nalijte na tvaroh. Pou\u017eijete-li r\u00e1fky, dbejte na to, aby nebylo \u010dokol\u00e1dy moc. Maximum 3 mm. Vypad\u00e1 to l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br nechte vychladit. Minim\u00e1ln\u011b 4 hodiny, nejl\u00e9pe do druh\u00e9ho dne. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na va\u0161\u00ed chladni\u010dce.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd den vysu\u0148te spodem z r\u00e1fk\u016f. Ob\u0159ez\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed no\u017eem je tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost\u00ed, ale m\u011b se pak vzhled mini dort\u00edk\u016f moc nel\u00edbil. Tak\u017ee se nebojte prstem\u00a0jemn\u011b vysunout a tam, kde jste prstem zatla\u010dili, dejte n\u011bjakou ozdobu. Jestli\u017ee\u00a0m\u00e1te v\u0161e na jednom plechu, namo\u010dte n\u016f\u017e a nakr\u00e1jejte na \u0159ezy. Ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed \u0159ez mus\u00edte n\u016f\u017e om\u00fdt. Jinak by se v\u00e1m \u010dokol\u00e1da a tvaroh lepily a nebyl by vzhled tak skv\u011bl\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00edm p\u0159iznat, \u017ee p\u0159i prvn\u00edm ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed jsem si zavzpom\u00ednala na sv\u00e9 d\u011btstv\u00ed.
