Jako holka jsem stra\u0161n\u011b r\u00e1da malovala a d\u00edky studiu jsem se zaj\u00edmala o v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed celkov\u011b. Picasso dok\u00e1zal Harlek\u00fdny n\u00e1dhern\u011b namalovat. T\u011b\u017eko \u0159\u00edci, zda mal\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159itahovalo oble\u010den\u00ed s\u00a0\u010dtvercov\u00fdmi vzory a skryt\u00e1 tv\u00e1\u0159 pod \u0161krabo\u0161kou, nebo samotn\u00e1 postava komick\u00e9ho sluhy. P\u0159esto, \u017ee se jednalo v\u011bt\u0161inou o zlomyslnou a mazanou postavu, publikum jej milovalo pro jeho komi\u010dnost. A mo\u017en\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je postava Harlek\u00fdna \u010dasem zobrazov\u00e1na jen jako \u010dern\u00e1 a b\u00edl\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Zda pr\u00e1v\u011b tady na\u0161li inspiraci i cukr\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed za\u010dali vyr\u00e1b\u011bt dort pod n\u00e1zvem Harlek\u00fdn a zda poch\u00e1z\u00ed opravdu z\u00a0Francie nebo It\u00e1lie, se vedou pom\u011brn\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 diskuze. U n\u00e1s v\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch, ale nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba dort a\u017e tolik p\u0159edstavovat. Pat\u0159il mezi p\u00e1r sladkost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch pamatuji je\u0161t\u011b ze sv\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed. Ta chu\u0165 se prost\u011b ned\u00e1 zapomenout. Proto, kdy\u017e si jej dnes n\u011bkdo plete s\u00a0Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00fdm a V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fdm dortem, nebo sacherem, moc to nech\u00e1pu. Proto pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0tom maj\u00ed st\u00e1le zmatek\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harlek\u00fdn<\/strong> nen\u00ed pota\u017een \u010dokol\u00e1dou, ale pouze jen ozdoben (\u010dasto i obmaz\u00e1n) pa\u0159\u00ed\u017eskou \u0161leha\u010dkou a dvoubarevnou \u0161leha\u010dkou ozdoben. Posyp dortu je z\u00a0kousk\u016f \u010dokol\u00e1dy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sacher <\/strong>( Sacher\u016fv dort) je tmav\u00fd \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fd korpus uvnit\u0159 roz\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd a pot\u0159en\u00fd meru\u0148kovou marmel\u00e1dou i z\u00a0vrchu. Je kompletn\u011b p\u0159elit\u00fd \u010dokol\u00e1dou a ozdoben ornamenty \u010dokol\u00e1dy. P\u0159i serv\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed se d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161leha\u010dka vedle n\u011bj jako ozdoba a na zjemn\u011bn\u00ed chuti. P\u0159id\u00e1n\u00edm meru\u0148kov\u00e9 marmel\u00e1dy a vylep\u0161en\u00edm o polevu je dnes nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sladkost\u00ed ve V\u00eddni. Recept je ji\u017e dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta v\u00a0tajnosti hotelu Sacher a tak m\u016f\u017eete pouze spekulovat o p\u0159esn\u00e9 variant\u011b. J\u00e1 osobn\u011b ochutnala v\u00a0Rakousku variantu, kdy byla meru\u0148kov\u00e1 marmel\u00e1da i v\u00a0polovin\u011b rozkrojen\u00e9ho dortu. Tak opravdu nev\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00fd dort<\/strong> m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 tmav\u00fd korpus, ale ne jako Sacher. Z\u016fstane-li such\u00e1 a nem\u00e1te-li na n\u00ed nalepen\u00e9 t\u011bsto, pi\u0161kot je hotov. Nechte vychladnout. Pak o\u0159\u00edzn\u011bte no\u017eem kolem formy a vyklopte. A\u017e teprve vychladl\u00fd korpus m\u016f\u017eete pro\u0159\u00edznout.<\/p>\n<p>Dle star\u00fdch kucha\u0159sk\u00fdch knih by se spr\u00e1vn\u011b nem\u011bl Harlek\u00fdn rozkrajovat. Ale j\u00e1 to n\u011bkdy d\u011bl\u00e1m. Podle toho jak je korpus vysok\u00fd. Kdy\u017e je n\u00edzk\u00fd tak ho pouze zarovn\u00e1m a rovnou po vychladnut\u00ed pot\u00edr\u00e1m a zdob\u00edm. P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee nem\u00e1m r\u00e1da etapov\u00e9 pe\u010den\u00ed, ale tady bych si to neriskla. Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017eskou \u0161leha\u010dku d\u011bl\u00e1m v\u017edy p\u0159edem, abych nemusela pou\u017e\u00edvat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 ztu\u017eovadla a m\u011bla jsem \u0161leha\u010dku p\u0159ed vy\u0161leh\u00e1n\u00edm p\u011bkn\u011b vychlazenou. Kr\u00e9m v\u0161ak nebude tak tmav\u00fd na vzhled.Za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nechejte vychladnout p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b. Pot\u00e9 vlo\u017ete do lednice a nechte vychladit do druh\u00e9ho dne<\/li>\n<li>Druh\u00fd den vy\u0161lehejte nejprve zbylou b\u00edlou vychlazenou \u0161leha\u010dku a n\u00e1sledn\u011b pa\u0159\u00ed\u017eskou.
