V\u017edycky, kdy\u017e ho d\u011bl\u00e1m, r\u00e1da si na n\u00ed zavzpom\u00edn\u00e1m. Byla skv\u011bl\u00e1 cukr\u00e1\u0159ka a v lokalit\u011b, kde \u017eila opravdu &#8220;vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1&#8221;. U\u017e jsem jedla r\u016fzn\u00e9 varianty kremrol\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly z jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch recept\u016f, ale k tomuhle jsem se v\u017edy vr\u00e1tila. Dnes u\u017e ani jin\u00e9 kremrole ned\u011bl\u00e1m, proto\u017ee v\u00edm, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed konkurenci. Je to zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed, ale tuhle zku\u0161enost m\u00e1m u dost sladkost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdo mo\u017en\u00e1 podotkne, \u017ee to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 rychlovka a je s t\u00edm \u0161\u00edlen\u011b pr\u00e1ce. Ano. Proto, kdy\u017e \u010das nem\u00e1m, d\u011bl\u00e1m jin\u00e9 sladkosti. Ale kremrole jsou pro m\u011b ob\u0159ad a v\u017edy si jejich pe\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1le\u017eit\u011b u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<strong>Recept na t\u011bsto m\u00e1 dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>200 g hladk\u00e9 mouky a 500 g Hera &#8211; m\u00e1slov\u00e1 se spoj\u00ed v hladkou hmotu a d\u00e1 se do lednice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>400 g hl.mouky+ 3 \u017eloutky+\u00a01,5 dcl vody+ 3 l\u017e\u00edce octa+ \u0161petka soli &#8211; tuhle \u010d\u00e1st tak\u00e9 vypracuji v hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto( v robotu minim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 minut). Zjistila jsem, \u017ee v tom nen\u00ed a\u017e tak velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>T\u011bsto \u010d\u00edslo 2.rozv\u00e1lejte a pak je pot\u0159eba zavinout jako do \u0161tr\u016fdlu.\u00a0 A pak to za\u010dne. P\u0159ijde etapa, \u017ee si trochu zacvi\u010d\u00edte. P\u0159ipravte si v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1l &#8211; prost\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostor. Minim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 minut\u00a0t\u011bstem bouchejte o v\u00e1l a natahujte ho &#8211; co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejv\u00edce-jak to jde. Kdy\u017e u\u017e vid\u00edte, \u017ee je hla\u010fou\u010dk\u00e9, rozv\u00e1lejte jej na co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed plochu, do kter\u00e9\u00a0 nakr\u00e1jejte kousky hmoty \u010d.1. Zabalte, jako by jste hmotu \u010d.1 cht\u011bli schovat a za\u010dn\u011bte op\u011bt rozvalovat. Je pot\u0159eba p\u0159ed rozv\u00e1len\u00edm podsyp\u00e1vat hladkou moukou. Po rozv\u00e1len\u00ed op\u011bt zabalte a to v\u0161e opakujte je\u0161t\u011b dvakr\u00e1t a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. T\u011bsto nehn\u011btejte ani jinak nema\u010dkejte. Nakonec nakr\u00e1jejte na mal\u00e9 kousky (asi 10) a nechte na tal\u00ed\u0159i v lednici p\u0159ikryt\u00e9 f\u00f3li\u00ed. Berte jeden po druh\u00e9m a rozvalujte. R\u00e1d\u00fdlkem tvo\u0159te \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed prou\u017eky a t\u011bmi obmot\u00e1vejte trubi\u010dku na kremroli. V\u017edy od u\u017e\u0161\u00edho otvoru. Pak pot\u0159ete roz\u0161lehan\u00fdm vaj\u00ed\u010dkem a dejte na plech. Pe\u010den\u00ed mus\u00edte vyzkou\u0161et. V\u017edy pe\u010dte v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b, ale teplotu si mus\u00edte vyzkou\u0161et. Den p\u0159ed akc\u00ed, nebo 14 p\u0159edem?\u00a0 V\u017edy byly v\u00fdborn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br je napl\u0148te b\u00edlkov\u00fdm sn\u011bhem va\u0159en\u00fdm ve vodn\u00ed l\u00e1zni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept na b\u00edlkovou n\u00e1pl\u0148<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13 b\u00edlk\u016f<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>780 g cukru krystal &#8211; hrub\u00fd<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hrub\u00fd cukr nen\u00ed dnes k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed, ale t\u0159eba budete m\u00edt \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd krystal nen\u00ed moc kvalitn\u00ed. Sn\u00edh m\u00e1 n\u011bkdy tendenci m\u011bnit strukturu a b\u00edlky pak te\u010dou. Snad budete m\u00edt \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na kvalitu a budou se v\u00e1m kremrole da\u0159it. P\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee je pe\u010du jen z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho tuku.\u00a0 Za 30 let m\u011b nikdy nezklamal. V\u017edy super a skl\u00edz\u00edm s nimi velk\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011bchy. Spoustu \u017een pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 kupovan\u00e9 listov\u00e9 t\u011bsto. Nen\u00ed to zl\u00e9, ale pro m\u011b to nen\u00ed opravdov\u00e1 kremrole.
